Coach BSO’s career as a lawyer, professional, coach, mentor and entrepreneur taught her something most professionals eventually learn the hard way: being technically excellent at your job is not the same as building a successful career. The gap between the two is where BSO Coaching Edge was born.
Her work today draws on more than two decades of professional life across law, business and coaching, and shapes the ideas, frameworks and philosophy behind BSO Coaching Edge, including the BSO Edge and the BSO Standard.

Coach BSO founded BSO Coaching Edge and remains its thought leader. But the institution is built to grow beyond any one person, carried forward by a community of coaches trained to the same standard. Her ideas, books and frameworks live on in that community, not only in her personal presence.
