BSO Coaching Edge was founded by Bukola Seun-Oloruntuga, fondly called Coach BSO, a lawyer, executive coach and trainer whose more than two decades of professional experience revealed a simple truth: technical skill alone does not guarantee professional success. That realisation became the foundation of BSO Coaching Edge, and of the ideas, frameworks and standards behind it. She still practises as a private legal advisor, which keeps the work close to the pressure and accountability senior professionals face.
