I know what it takes to be good at the work. I also know it is not enough.
I have spent more than twenty years in high-stakes professional environments. I am qualified as a lawyer, and I still practise as a private legal advisor. Alongside that, I built a second body of work in executive coaching, training and talent development.
Across both, I kept seeing the same thing. Capable people, excellent at their craft, reached a point where the next level asked for something their training never covered: clarity, influence, confidence, and the ability to lead people and not only tasks.
That gap became my work. I built the BSO Edge™ to close it, and I founded BSO Coaching Edge so that more professionals and organisations could do the same.

What I believe
Being good at your job was never going to be enough.
Competence opens the door. What happens next depends on how clearly you know yourself, how well you lead others, and how willing you are to keep growing. I do not believe most professionals are behind. I believe they are at the point where the next level asks for something different.
How I work
I work with mid-level professionals, executives and organisations across corporate business, legal and professional services, NGOs and the public sector. The work happens through one-to-one coaching, group sessions, workshops, training and retreats.
I deliver every engagement to the BSO Standard: the five dimensions of the BSO Edge™, and a way of working that does not stop when the engagement does. I follow up periodically; you can come back to me with questions, and you are welcome to join another programme when a new need arises. My aim is to be your partner for life.
Because I practise law as well as coach, I understand scrutiny, accountability and pressure first-hand. That shapes how I work with leaders who carry the same.
