The C-Suite Coaching Session is for managers, business owners and C-suite executives who want deeper work on how they lead. You choose from core areas such as self-leadership, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, productivity, and leadership and interpersonal skills. The session lasts an hour and can run longer when needed. It includes accountability and email support afterwards. Executive coaching begins here.

Your first session stands on its own. It is one paid session and does not count towards your engagement. If you want to continue, we agree on a plan together afterwards.

Career coaching engagements run for six months, with twelve sessions: two a month. C-Suite engagements run for six months, with six sessions: one a month, to fit a leader’s schedule, with accountability and email support after each session. The details are set out in your coaching contract.

Yes. What you share in your coaching sessions is confidential. This applies to every session booked on Selar, and sessions are never recorded. For ongoing programmes, the terms are in your coaching contract. We disclose information only where the law requires it or where there is a serious risk of harm. Details you give us through this website are handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

Yes. There are two ways. Your employer can sign you up themselves using the Selar link. Or they can send us a coaching or training request, and we can issue an invoice in the organisation’s name. What you discuss stays between you and your coach, and your employer receives only what you choose to share. You pay for your first session on Selar when you book, through the payment gateway built into Selar. The fee is shown on the booking page. After payment, you go to a scheduling page, where you answer a few questions and choose your time. To change your time, use the link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours before your session. A session missed without notice cannot be refunded.

A full engagement for career coaching is charged at the session fee multiplied by the number of sessions. A C-Suite engagement is charged as a single package price. In both cases, you can pay in two equal instalments or pay in full in advance and receive a discount. Payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms for ongoing programmes are set out in your coaching contract.
