Coach BSO is a lawyer with 20 years of post-call experience. She is a John Maxwell Team certified speaker, trainer, coach, author, a Fela Durotoye Certified Executive Coach, and host of the BSO Podcast.
Her ability to coach and mentor young people into becoming top-tier professionals was something she discovered over the course of her 20 years of legal practice.
As a coach, Bukola has organized and spoken at mentoring workshops and leadership seminars for law students at the University of Ibadan, Lagos State University, and Osun State University.
In August 2021, she organized the first-of-its-kind 3-week Student To Empowered Professional (STEP) mentoring programme for Nigerian undergraduates. Participants in the programme received training in leadership, personal branding, personal finance, and other topics to prepare them for an effective transition from student to professional life.
In response to challenges young professionals face transitioning from academic to professional life, she has published two insightful eBooks: "Start Like a Pro: The Ultimate Career Starter Pack" and "10 Career Mistakes You Should Avoid In Your 20s and What To Do Instead".
An alumna of the Jimi Tewe Public Speaking Mentoring Programme, and volunteer mentor and coach for the Gemstone Leadership Institute, Bukola is also a member of the Faculty of Mentors for Strictly Law Business and the Dear Young Professional (DYP) Network.
